Getting out to Irrungattukottai every morning can be a bit of a trip, but that’s where we are located. Our spot is F-82 inside the SIPCOT Industrial Park. It’s a big area with lots of other companies around, so there’s always something moving or a truck backing up somewhere. Inside our walls, it’s mostly about the tech and the parts we make. We aren’t the type to talk ourselves up much; we just come in, do the shifts, and head home. The heat in the industrial park can get pretty intense during the summer months, but we have our ways of managing. We’ve got a decent team here who knows their way around the machinery. Most of the time, the floor is busy with people moving back and forth between the stations. It isn't a quiet office job. There is the smell of oil and the sound of metal being shaped. We've been at this for a while and have seen the park grow around us. When we first got here, things were a lot quieter, but now it’s a full-on hub. We focus on getting the components right without making a big fuss about it. If there’s a problem, we fix it and move on. That is just how we work. It’s a straightforward business where the output matters more than the talk. We keep our heads down and stay busy through the week.
