Zaffar Construction Private Limited is located in Aripora Singpore. We are based at Zaffar Ali Naik’s place out in Kishtwar. It is a rugged area of Jammu, and the work reflects that. Our address is 182205. We have been doing construction out here for a long time. It is not easy work. The terrain in Kishtwar can be pretty tough to build on. We spend a lot of time figuring out how to get the equipment where it needs to go. Sometimes we are working in places that are hard to reach. We aren't a big city company with a lot of polish. We are local people who know the dirt and the stone of this region. Our office is just a simple spot where we handle the bills. Most of the time, we are on the site. We do not have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just want to get the walls up and the roof on. People in Singpore know who we are. We've worked on all kinds of local projects over the years. Some days the weather is against us and some days everything goes right. We just keep showing up. It is about being reliable and doing the job. No one expects us to be perfect, but they expect us to work hard. And that is what we do. We've got our roots here and we aren't going anywhere.
