Yasrab Constructions Private Limited is based right near the bus stand in Pulwama. It is a loud and busy area, which is fine by us. We operate from Hemayoon Malik’s place. Being at the bus stand means we are right in the middle of everything. Our zip code is 192301. We have been working on construction projects around this part of Jammu & Kashmir for a while. It is a lot of manual labor. We spend our days out in the sun or the cold, depending on the season. Pulwama is a place where people work hard, and we are no different. We do not have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you will probably just see us looking over some plans or loading up the truck. We do not use any marketing tricks. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Sometimes we run into problems with the soil or the supplies, but that is construction for you. We just figure it out and keep moving. It is a small operation, really. Just a few of us making sure the foundations are right. We have got a lot of respect for the trade. It is not something you can rush if you want it to last. We have built up a bit of a reputation just by being around the bus stand every day. It is practical work for practical people who just want things built.
