Our office is located at Pantha Chowk in Srinagar. Being right by the Indian shop where Sarver Ahmad Bhat is makes it easy for our crews to move around. We focus on housing projects because everyone needs a reliable roof over their head. Srinagar has its own unique challenges, especially when the winter sets in. Working fast during the warmer months is necessary to get things done. The space we have is just a functional office for tracking materials and workers. Polished presentations or high-end marketing aren't things we do. Most of our time is spent in the dirt and mud at the actual housing sites. It’s honest work that keeps us busy all year. A few steady workers have been with us for years and know how we like things done. Big words aren't needed to describe what we do. Building houses that are meant to stay standing is the main point. Being at Pantha Chowk means we are always in the middle of the action. It can be noisy, but the energy is good for us. We aren't a big corporation, just a local team doing our part. It is a good feeling to see a family move into a house we helped build. That is what matters most. We just keep our heads down and work on the next project.
