You can find Tkw Media Private Limited over at the Indo Kashmir Carpet Factory building. We are located in Nawab Bazar, right across from the JK Bank. It is a very lively area of Srinagar. Being in a place with "Carpet Factory" in the name gives you an idea of the history around here. The building has character, and it’s definitely not a modern office tower. We are right in the middle of the market energy, which is great but can be a bit loud when the shops are all open and people are out. Nawab Bazar is a place where everyone is doing something, and we are just another part of that. We have our space set up inside with our gear and desks. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, but we like the feel of it. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or a "employee of the month" plaque. We are just a group of people working in media who happen to be based in a very traditional part of town. The bank across the street is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. Mostly, we just keep our heads down and work on our projects. It's a busy, dusty, and real place to be every day. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else in Srinagar right now. The atmosphere of the old market keeps us on our toes. There is always someone shouting or a horn honking, but it gives the place a kind of life you don't get in a modern office park.
