Tehseen Constructions (Opc) Private Limited is a small operation based in the Zoonimar area of Srinagar. We are located near the 400Kva station in Dagdarhar. Being an "One Person Company" means the person in charge is involved in every single part of the business. I spend my mornings checking on materials and my afternoons at the building sites. My office in Dagdarhar isn't anything special; it’s just a practical space where I can handle the billing and keep the permits in order. I don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what I do. I’m a builder, and I try to make sure things are done right the first time so I don't have to go back and fix them later. The neighborhood here is quite crowded, which makes the logistics of moving trucks and machinery a bit of a nightmare sometimes, but we’ve learned how to navigate the narrow streets over the years.
