Sunny Departmental Store

You can find Sunny Departmental Store over in Peer Bagh, right near the J and K Bank in the Hyderpora area of Budgam. It’s a simple neighborhood shop where we try to keep a bit of everything on the shelves. We’ve been serving the local community here for quite some time now. Whether you need some spices for dinner, some cleaning supplies, or just a packet of biscuits, we usually have it somewhere in the store. The shop is often a bit cluttered because we try to fit a lot of inventory into the space we have. It’s not like those big supermarkets where everything is perfectly spaced out. Here, you might have to look around a bit or just ask us where something is. We spend our days talking to the neighbors and making sure we have enough milk and bread for the morning. Budgam is a nice place to work, and being near the bank means there’s always people walking by. We don't really do any big promotions or anything like that. People just know we are here and they come in when they run out of something at home. It’s a family business, so we take turns staying at the shop from morning until night.
