Sukhraa Developers Private Limited

Our office is situated in Kamalapuri Colony, which is part of the larger Srinagar Colony area. We are in Phase-II, specifically at Office 108 on the second floor of the building numbered 8-3-833/167. It’s a decent spot, though finding the right building can be a little tricky because of how the numbers are laid out around here. We work as developers, mostly looking at residential properties and small commercial spaces. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a smaller team here at Sukhraa Developers. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with contractors or visiting plots to see the progress. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and site photos pinned to the walls. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take breaks to escape the air conditioning for a minute. Hyderabad's weather can be tough on construction schedules, so we are always checking the forecast. We don't have a polished pitch or a bunch of slogans. We just try to build things that won't fall apart and keep our costs reasonable. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just a normal office where people work hard. We’ve been here for a while and like the neighborhood. Most of the local shopkeepers know us by now, which makes the morning walk for coffee easier.
