Snow Valley Tour & Travels

We are up on the third floor of Khan Arcade, specifically in Room No-01. This is over in Jawahar Nagar, Srinagar, in the 190008 area. Snow Valley Tour & Travels is just a small office we have there. You have to walk up the stairs since it's on the third floor, but it’s a good spot once you get there. We spend most of our time dealing with travel bookings and organizing trips for people who want to see the mountains. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and a window that looks out over the street. Jawahar Nagar is usually quite busy, so we hear the city noise all day. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the area well. We handle the phone calls, talk to the drivers, and write down the schedules. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the papers, but we know where everything is. We don't go in for big marketing or anything like that. We just do the work as it comes in. If someone needs a car for a day or a whole week, we find one that's available. It’s honest work and we’ve been at it for a while now. We like being in Khan Arcade because it’s a central place for people to find us. We just try to keep things organized and make sure everyone gets where they need to go. Usually, we are here until late evening.
