Wide Tours

You can find Wide Tours on the first floor of the Ismail Complex. It’s a busy building and we’ve been here for a bit now. Our office isn't very large, just a few desks and some old maps on the walls. Most of the time, the phones are ringing or we’re trying to sort out travel papers for someone. It gets pretty loud when there are a few people in here at once. We handle trips for folks who want to see different places, but we don't do those big shiny brochures. We mostly just talk to people about where they want to go and try to find a way to get them there without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet is slow and it takes us forever to book a ticket, which can be frustrating for everyone. We know the local routes pretty well since we've lived here all our lives. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us trying to keep the bookings straight. There’s always some paperwork to file or a driver to call. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but it keeps us moving. We’ve seen a lot of people come through these doors, some going on vacation and others just trying to get home. We just do the work and hope the weather stays clear for the travelers. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here in the complex.
