Shah Travels Pvt Ltd is located in the Auqaf Building at Dalgate. We have been in this part of Srinagar for a long time, even have a post box number since the old days. The office is right there in the middle of things. Dalgate is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. We deal with travel bookings and helping people get their trips sorted out. It is a practical business. We don't have many fancy decorations in the office, just maps and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. The building is easy to spot once you get to the Dalgate area. We have seen many changes in the city over the years, but we have stayed put. Our work is mostly about getting the details right for travelers. It could be a flight, a car, or just advice on which road is better to take in the snow. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency, just one that people can rely on when they walk through the door. Sometimes the mail still comes to our GPO box like it always has. We handle the paperwork and the bookings so visitors don’t have to worry about it as much. It is a small crew of us here, and we know the local scene better than most. We just do our work and go home at the end of the day.
