The Shadab Foundation For Education And is located in Srinagar, right in the Hazaratbal area. We are based in the Adda Complex, specifically where Computer Mart is. It is a very busy part of town, especially with the university and the shrine nearby. There is always a lot of energy and people walking around. Our office is tucked into the complex, and it is a great spot because we are right in the middle of everything. We focus a lot on the educational side of things, so being near Computer Mart makes sense as there are always students and learners coming and going. The space inside is pretty functional. We have some desks, computers, and plenty of books and papers scattered around. It is not a place for someone looking for a polished corporate environment. It is more for people who want to get things done. We spend our days talking to students and organizing different programs. Sometimes the complex gets crowded and loud, but we like that buzz. It makes us feel like we are right where the action is. We have been in Hazaratbal for a while, and it has become our second home. We just try to provide a steady place for learning and support without making things overly complicated. It is just us, some computers, and a lot of work to do every single day. We don't have a big staff, so we just handle things as they come.
