Being near Polo View means there is always something happening outside our windows. We’ve been in this spot for a while, watching the traffic go by on Residency Road. Our work is pretty straightforward. People come in looking for a way to travel around the valley or down to Jammu, and we help them figure it out. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and other local contacts. The office isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We have some chairs for people to sit while we check on the bookings. Sometimes the internet is a bit spotty, so we have to do things the old-fashioned way. It's a busy area, so we get a lot of walk-ins. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us working through the daily list of tasks. We know the local routes well, which helps when the main roads get blocked. Most days involve a lot of talking and organizing cars. We like the location because it’s easy for everyone to reach. It’s just a normal travel office where we try to keep things running smoothly without too much fuss.
