SAADI CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is tucked away in Friends Colony, specifically in Lane 1 over by the HMT area. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time. We are located at Abida Lateef’s place. It isn’t a huge office, just a small setup for SAADI CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Being an OPC, it’s a bit more of a personal operation, and the office reflects that. We don't have a big staff or a giant lobby. It is mostly just a desk, a couple of chairs, and some shelves filled with project folders. We like being in Lane 1 because it’s easy for us to get in and out without the hassle of being right on a main commercial road. HMT is a well-known landmark around here, so people usually don't have much trouble finding us if they need to stop by. We spend a lot of our mornings planning out the construction schedules and making sure we have everything lined up for the guys on the sites. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we get it done. The office feels like a part of the neighborhood. Sometimes you can hear kids playing outside or neighbors talking, which is quite different from a sterile office building. We just do our thing, keep our records straight, and work through the construction projects one day at a time from this local spot. It's a modest place but it works perfectly for us.
