Riyaz General Store

We are located right on Maharaj Ganj Road, near Rajouri Kadal. It’s a busy area in S R Ganj and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Most people around Safukadul know where we are. The shop is small and filled with all kinds of stuff you might need for the house. We open early and stay until late most evenings. It can get pretty crowded inside when everyone comes in at once. We don't have fancy shelves or anything like that. It’s just a regular general store where we try to keep the basics in stock. My family helps out behind the counter when things get busy. We see the same faces every day, which is nice. Sometimes the road outside gets blocked with traffic, but that’s just how it is here. We’ve grown used to the noise. If you’re walking down Maharaj Ganj Road, you can’t really miss us. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors. It's a simple life running a shop like this. We just make sure there’s enough sugar, tea, and other bits for everyone. It’s not a big corporate chain, just Riyaz General Store. We take things one day at a time and try to keep our customers happy without any drama. That's about it for us. We're just glad to be a part of this community after so many years of serving the folks here.
