It is a busy intersection, so there is always something happening outside. Being an OPC means it is a smaller operation, which is how we like it. We aren't trying to act like some big national chain. We are just a local real estate office in Jammu and Kashmir trying to do a decent job. The office is pretty basic, just enough space for us to meet with people and keep our documents in order.
