We’ve been at the Srdco Electronic Rengarth Complex for a while now. Most days it’s just us keeping the machines running and making sure everything gets out the door. It gets pretty busy around here, especially when the orders pile up. The complex is usually full of activity, and we just try to keep up with our part. It isn’t anything fancy, just a workspace where we get things done. We spend most of our time looking at schedules and checking on the floor. Sometimes it’s loud, sometimes it’s quiet, but that’s just how it goes in this kind of business. The guys have been working here for years and they know the equipment better than anyone. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we have to. It’s more about being on-site and seeing things through. People know where to find us in the complex. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever comes our way each morning. Some days are longer than others, and the tea breaks are probably the best part of the afternoon. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. We just talk over whatever needs fixing and then we get to it. It works for us and it has for a long time. There's always something to do.
