Raz Crafts

We are located near the Dream Journey Tour & Travels, right on Boulevard Road by Dal Lake. It’s a beautiful spot, especially with the view of the water and the mountains. Raz Crafts has been operating from this location for quite a while now, not too far from the Lalit Grand Palace. The area gets a lot of visitors, but we mostly stay busy inside with our own work. We have a lot of different crafts that we look after, and the shop is usually filled with the scent of cedar wood or wool. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the shelves and the display pieces. We don’t have a very formal way of doing things. We just open up in the morning, check what needs to be sent out, and start packing. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when it’s sunny to take a break. The traffic on Boulevard Road can be heavy during the tourist season, which makes it a bit slow for the delivery vans to reach us. We have a few people who help with the cleaning and the packing, and we all just do what needs to be done. It’s a quiet life for the most part, focusing on the quality of the crafts and making sure they get to where they are going. We don’t do much talk about missions or visions; we just work. It’s what we know how to do in this little corner of the world.
