Our office is a simple setup inside the complex. We have been operating from this spot for quite some time now. Most days involve us sitting at our desks, taking calls, and helping people plan their holidays. It isn't always smooth sailing, as travel plans often change last minute, but we do what we can. Dalgate is a good place to be because everything is close by. We don’t go in for big advertisements or flashy signs. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they were already in the complex for something else. It is a small team here, just local folks who know the area well. We handle various travel arrangements, mostly focusing on trips around Kashmir and sometimes further out. The building isn't the newest, but it is sturdy and serves us well. We keep things straightforward. No complicated packages or hidden stuff, just plain talk about what is possible for a trip. Sometimes we are busy with the phones and other times it is quiet enough to have a long chat. That is just how the business goes for us here in Srinagar. We don't mind the slower days when they happen.
