Q Tours & Travels is located right on Regal Lane, which is a pretty well-known part of Srinagar near the old Regal Cinema. If you know the 190001 area, you probably know where we are. We've been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s a small office, nothing too special to look at, but it gets the job done. We spend most of our time helping people figure out how to get from one place to another. Whether it's a long trip or just something local, we just sit down and work it out. The street outside can get a bit noisy with all the traffic and people walking by the cinema, but we don't mind. It feels like we're right in the middle of things. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees or anything. It’s just us here, answering phones and writing down bookings in our ledgers. We use simple English and just tell people the facts about their travel. If a road is blocked or a flight is delayed, we let them know. We don't try to sugarcoat things. We just want to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. It's a living, and we take it one day at a time here in Srinagar. Some days are slow and others are busy, but we keep showing up and doing the work.
