We are based in the Alsafa Market area of Srinagar, specifically inside the Dilkash Guest House at Sarai Bala. It is a very busy part of the market, and there is always noise from the street vendors and the traffic outside. Our office is a bit of a maze because the building has been added onto over time. We handle bio pharma products, so we have to be very careful with how we store things. We have a couple of large refrigerators that hum all day and night. It’s not a fancy office with leather chairs. We have some basic wooden desks and a lot of metal cabinets for our paperwork. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and we have a few posters about medicine hanging up. Our team is small, just a few local people who know the area well. We drink a lot of Kahwa during the winter months to stay warm because the building can get quite cold. We don't do any big advertising. Most people know us through word of mouth in the market. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to do everything by hand, but we are used to that. It’s a practical, down-to-earth business. We just want to make sure the supplies get to where they need to go without any trouble. It is a good place to work and we keep ourselves busy.
