Pravriddh Sales & Marketing Private Limited

We operate out of House Number 59 in the Babaganj area of Srinagar. It is an old house that we’ve turned into our base for Pravriddh Sales & Marketing Private Limited. Working out of a house instead of a big office building makes everything feel a bit more relaxed. We have different rooms for different things, but mostly we just end up congregating in the main area where the heater is during the winter months. Srinagar can get pretty cold, so staying warm is a big part of our daily routine. We handle sales and marketing, which basically means a lot of phone calls and keeping track of spreadsheets. It’s not the kind of work that makes for exciting stories, but it’s what we do. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s fairly quiet during the day. We know the people living next door, and sometimes we see them when we’re heading out to grab some tea or food. There isn't a lot of corporate stuff going on here. We don't have fancy meetings with PowerPoint slides every hour. Usually, we just talk across the desks if something needs to get done. It’s a small team, and we’ve all known each other for a bit. We just want to keep the business running and do right by the people we work with. It's a simple life and a simple way to run a company, but it works for us here in Babaganj.
