Paradise Holiday

We are based right across from New Park Hotel in the Dallake Tree Nagar area of Srinagar. It's a busy spot but we like it here. Paradise Holiday has been around for a bit now, helping folks who want to see the sights around the lake and the rest of the valley. Most days you'll find us in the office just sorting out travel plans or talking to drivers. It isn't a fancy setup at all. We just have a few desks and some chairs for when people stop by to ask about directions or booking a trip. Living here in the 190001 zip code, we see the weather change and the tourists come and go with the seasons. It gets quite cold in the winter months, so we drink a lot of tea while we work on the computer. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a car or a place to stay, we look at what's available and just tell them. No big speeches or fancy promises, just plain talk. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking schedules. It’s honest work and we enjoy meeting new faces. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a while, but that's just how it is here. We just keep doing what we do from our little corner of Srinagar. It's nothing special, just a small business trying to help people get around.
