We are located at Chowdry Bagh in Rainawari, staying at the place of Mohammad Maqbool Bhat. It is a very local spot and the neighborhood is quite close-knit. Owza Ventures Llp is just a small team of people working out of this particular space. Rainawari has its own special charm, with the old buildings and the narrow lanes that wind through the area. We just sit down and get things moving forward. The weather can get quite cold in the winters here, so we keep the small heater going and just keep working.
