Nund Resh Construction and Engineers Private Limited is situated in Natipora, Budgam, right near the PNB bank. We operate out of the premises of Bashir Ahmad Khan. We have a mix of staff here, including some who focus on the engineering plans and others who are on the ground doing the actual construction work. Having engineers as part of the team helps us deal with some of the trickier plots of land we encounter in the Jammu and Kashmir region. We aren't a fancy firm with a high-rise office. Our setup is pretty basic because we prefer to spend our resources on getting the right tools and keeping good workers on the payroll. Natipora is a convenient base for us to reach different parts of the district. We don't go in for big mission statements or promotional slogans. We just show up to the site, look at what needs to be done, and start working. There are always challenges, like getting materials delivered on time or dealing with unexpected weather changes, but we take it as it comes. Most of our clients are local residents who need someone they can talk to directly. We don't have a corporate switchboard; you just talk to the people doing the work. It’s a straightforward way to do business, and it has kept us going for a long time. We’re just local people building for other local people, trying to do an honest job every day.
