Netxite

Netxite is based out of Srinagar in Jammu & Kashmir. It is quite a different experience running a tech-related business up here compared to the big cities down south. The weather is a big factor for us, especially when it gets really cold or starts snowing heavily, as that can sometimes make the internet lines a bit unreliable. We spend a lot of our time just trying to stay on top of things and making sure people in the area stay connected. Our setup is pretty simple and we do not have a large office building or a corporate team. It is just a few of us working together in a quiet spot. We handle all sorts of tech tasks, from software problems to getting new computers set up for local businesses. The view of the mountains is nice, but inside it’s just the usual mix of wires and computer parts scattered around. We have lived here a long time and we know how things work in Srinagar. It is not always easy to get parts delivered quickly, so we have to be a bit more patient with our logistics. We don't use any fancy business language or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a small local team doing what we can with the tools we have. Most days are just about solving one problem at a time and having a warm drink while we work. It’s a steady life.
