Me High

Our place is called Me High and we are located in Jawahar Nagar, Srinagar. It’s right in that 190001 area, not too far from the main road that goes towards Jammu. We aren't a big corporation, just a small team of us working out of this office in the neighborhood. Jawahar Nagar is a busy place, so there is always a lot of movement outside. We mostly help people with their travel arrangements, like hiring cars or figuring out the best way to get across the valley. We've been doing this for a bit now, so we have a good idea of how things work around here. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a desk where we handle the paperwork. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated plans. We just talk to the people who come in and try to see what they need. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's much quieter. We like the balance. We know the local drivers and the roads pretty well, which is useful when things get crowded in the city. We don't have a fancy lobby, just a regular space where we sit and work. It's a practical business. We focus on getting the details right so that people can get to their destinations. It’s a steady job and it keeps us connected to the community here in Jawahar Nagar. There is always someone around if you need to talk.
