Kohiemaraan Constructions is located right in the middle of Srinagar at Koker Bazar in Sheikh Bagh. Our office is at Waseem Ahmed Dar’s place, which is a busy area with a lot of history. Being in the 190001 zip code means we are right in the heart of the city. We do all sorts of construction work, mostly focusing on the buildings and structures that people use every day. Since we are in such a central location, we see a lot of different projects, from small shop renovations to larger house builds. We aren't a corporate giant; we’re just a local group of people who know how to build things. We don’t use complicated language or try to sell ourselves with big slogans. We just talk to people plainly about what they need and how we can help them get it built. The streets in Koker Bazar are always full of life, and that energy carries over into our work. We try to be as efficient as possible, though the city traffic can make moving materials a bit of a headache sometimes. We have been doing this for a bit now and we have a good feel for how construction works in the older parts of Srinagar. We mostly let our work speak for itself. If a wall is straight and a roof doesn't leak, we’ve done our job. It’s as simple as that for our small team.
