Khayam Tour & Travels

Our office is located over in the Nowpora area, very close to Khayam Chowk. If you are familiar with Srinagar, you know this part of the city gets very busy with traffic and people going about their daily lives. Khayam Tour & Travels is just a small local operation we run. We have been here for a long time, helping folks get from one place to another. We handle a lot of local transport and trip planning for families who are visiting the valley for their holidays. It is not a high-pressure environment in our shop. We like to take our time to talk to the customers and really understand where they want to go. The area around Khayam Chowk has a lot of history and it is a good central point for us to work from. Most of the time, I am just sitting here checking the schedules or making sure the cars are clean and ready for the next morning. We do not have a website with all sorts of fancy buttons or anything like that. People usually just give us a call or walk right into the shop to talk. We know most of the other people who run shops around Nowpora. It feels like a real community here. We try to be helpful and give advice on things like the best times to visit Sonamarg. We are not trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to do our job well.
