You can find Kash Kart Builders at H No 1, Lane 13 in Khanmoh. We are located near Pantha Chowk in Srinagar. It’s an area that sees a lot of movement, especially with all the industrial work nearby. Our office is right in the middle of it all. We are just a group of people who know how to put buildings together. It isn’t a fancy operation with shiny windows. We have some desks, some old chairs, and a lot of maps of the local area. Khanmoh is a tough place to work sometimes because of all the dust and the heavy trucks. We spend our days making sure our projects are moving along. Sometimes the supply chain for materials gets messy, and we have to spend hours on the phone to sort it out. We don’t use any corporate jargon. If something is broken, we say it’s broken and then we fix it. We’ve lived in Jammu and Kashmir all our lives, so we understand the local challenges. Building things here means dealing with the weather and the terrain, which isn't always helpful. We just keep at it. It’s a job like any other, and we try to do it as honestly as we can. We are just local builders who are glad to have work to do in this part of the world. If you pass by Lane 13, you might see us loading up our trucks for the day.
