KAHKASHAN ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED

Kahkashan Estates Private Limited is situated in the Corporate Tower on Hyderpora Main Road in Srinagar. We are in Room No.1 on the 2nd floor. Even though the building is called Corporate Tower, our office is quite simple and down-to-earth. The main road is always loud with cars and people, which is great for being in the middle of things. We handle various estate matters and property work from this small room. It is a busy spot, and we are usually tucked away working on documents or talking to clients who stop by. We have been here for a bit, and we have seen the area change quite a bit. We don't use any fancy language to describe our work. We just deal with real estate in the valley and try to make sure everything is handled properly. There are just a few of us here, and we don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. We just show up, drink some tea, and get to work. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but that is just how it is in Srinagar sometimes. We just keep moving forward. Most of our day is spent making calls and checking on different properties around the city. It is a regular job, and we are just regular people doing it from our little spot in Hyderpora.
