J.U. Pesticides And Chemicals is on the first floor of the S.D.P.S. Building. We are located on Goni Khan Hazuri Bagh Road. It’s an older building, but it suits us just fine. We’ve been in this office for quite a while now. Dealing with pesticides and chemicals means we have to be very careful with our records and storage. The office always has a bit of a clinical smell to it. We have several people working here, mostly focusing on sales and distribution tracking. It’s a busy street outside, so there’s always the sound of horns and people talking. We don’t have a big showroom; it’s mostly just desks and filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and retailers over the phone. Sometimes they come by the office to settle their accounts. We drink plenty of coffee to keep going through the afternoon. It’s a simple setup, nothing too fancy or corporate-looking. We just try to stay organized and get the orders out on time. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep. We’ve been part of the local business community for years. People know us for being reliable and staying in one place. We just show up every morning and get to it, keeping things moving as best as we can.
