You can find the J&K State Road Transport Corporation office in Dalal Mohalla, on Pather Masjid Road in the Zainakadal area of Srinagar. We are located right near the Softtrack Institute. Being in such an old and historic part of the city means the streets are narrow and it can be hard to find us if you are new to the area. Our office is a busy place because we manage the public transport services for the region. There are always people coming in with questions about bus timings or ticket prices. It is a very loud and active environment. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a corporate vibe. We are just a government office trying to keep the buses running on time, which is not always easy with the weather and the roads in Jammu and Kashmir. The office is full of old wooden desks and piles of ledgers. We still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way.
