Hope Tours & Travels

Hope Tours & Travels is located in the Mehtab Complex over in Qamarwari. This part of Srinagar has its own pace, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. The complex is a bit of a hub for local businesses. Our office is a simple one. We don't have any leather sofas or glass partitions. It’s just some sturdy desks and the usual office supplies you’d expect. We spend our mornings catching up on whatever happened the day before. Qamarwari can get quite busy with people heading in and out of the city, so there is always a bit of a buzz outside. We like being here because it feels real. We don't try to polish up our image to look like some big international firm. We are just a local team trying to keep things running smoothly for everyone who comes to us. Sometimes the heaters don't work perfectly in the winter, so we wear our heavy coats inside. It’s just how life is here. We focus on being practical. When someone comes in, we talk to them like a neighbor, not like a customer in a manual. We have our routines, like who gets the mail and who makes the first pot of tea. It’s a small life but we find it rewarding to be here every day and we stay open until the sun goes down.
