Heeba Tour & Travels

We sit right here on Exchange Road in Srinagar. The office is close to the police station in Sekidafar, not too far from the Eid Ghah area. It’s a pretty busy part of town most days. Mostly we just deal with people coming in to plan their trips or ask about train and flight tickets. My family has been living around this neighborhood for a very long time. It gets quite noisy outside with all the traffic and people shouting, but we like being in the middle of everything. We started Heeba Tour & Travels because people kept coming to us asking for help with their travel stuff. It is definitely not a big fancy office. We just have some old chairs, a wooden desk, and a computer that sometimes runs a bit slow when we need it most. We spend a lot of our time on the phone. Sometimes we have tea with people who drop by just to chat about the weather or how the roads are looking up north. Srinagar is a beautiful place, but it has its challenges like anywhere else. We try to keep things simple and straightforward. If someone needs a car for the day or a room to stay in, we look into it. There is no point in making things complicated for anyone. We have seen the whole area change over the years. New shops come and go all the time. The police station is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Usually, we are here from morning until the evening. It is just a regular local business. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things get done.
