We have been out here on the National Highway by the Bye Pass Road in Athwazan for a good while now. Road work is what we do, usually involving a lot of heavy machines and getting dirt on our boots every single day. It is noisy and dusty, but that is just the nature of the job. Hassan Road Construction Co. Ltd. started because there was a lot of paving and fixing that needed doing around this part of the country. We mostly deal with the logistics of moving materials and making sure the asphalt goes down where it is supposed to. Most days start early before the sun is even up so we can beat the heat, though that does not always work out. Our office is easy to find if you are driving past the Athwazan area. People usually just drop in when they need to talk about a project or check on some equipment. We are not big on fancy office stuff. Usually, there is a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks and the smell of coffee everywhere. We just focus on getting the lanes cleared and the surfaces flattened so people can get where they are going without too much trouble. It is hard work, and the weather often decides how the day is going to go, but we keep at it regardless. If you see our trucks out on the highway, that is us just doing the usual rounds.
