Hashmi Infrastructure Private Limited is a local company that works out of 12 Batpora here in Srinagar. Our office is located at Farooq Ahmad Mir’s place, who is the son of Ab Rahim Mir. If you are looking for us in the 190006 area, that is where we stay. It is not a flashy building with big signs, just a regular spot in the neighborhood where we handle our business affairs. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily grind of infrastructure work. Being based in Srinagar-Srinagar means we see a lot of what goes on in the city. Some days are quieter than others. We try to keep things simple. There are no big fancy boardrooms here, just desks and chairs and people working. Dealing with local projects keeps us on our toes. The name on the paperwork is long, but we just go by Hashmi Infrastructure mostly. We have been in Batpora for a while now. It feels like home because it is. Farooq Ahmad Mir makes sure things run okay at the site. People around here know the family name, and that helps. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that.
