GANAIE CONSTRUCTION YAROO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of Yaroo in the Kupwara area, right at 100 Kvasphan Mohl. It is a quiet spot but we stay busy with the work we have here. Ganaie Construction Yaroo (OPC) Private Limited is basically just us handled from this small office. We started this because there was a need for someone local to handle the building projects around here without having to call people from the bigger cities. Most of our days are spent out on sites checking on materials or talking to the guys doing the heavy lifting. It is not a huge operation, but we make it work. The address 193302 is where we keep our papers and meet up in the mornings before heading out. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially in this part of the country, but that is just how it goes with construction. We try to be straightforward with people and get the walls up as planned. There is no fancy office or receptionists here, just a desk and some tools. People around Yaroo know where to find us if they need something fixed or built from scratch. It is hard work, often dusty and loud, but we like seeing a project actually finish. We keep our overhead low and just focus on the job at hand. It feels good to be part of the local community here in Kupwara. Every day brings a new set of problems to solve on the site, but we just take them as they come.
