Firm

Our place is located right in Batabagh Nawabazar. It’s a quiet enough area in Srinagar, and we’ve been operating here for some time now. We just call it the Firm because that’s what it is, a small operation run by local folks who know the neighborhood. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. We have a simple desk, some chairs, and we do our daily tasks. The weather in Kashmir can be a bit tough in the winter, so we spend a lot of time keeping the place warm so we can actually get things done. People from the district drop by when they need something, and we try to be there to help out. It's a straightforward way of working. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how things work around here. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but that’s just how it is. We make do with what we have. Most days are just about keeping up with the requests we get. It's an honest living. We like being part of the community in Nawabazar. There’s no need for anything fancy when you’re just trying to do a decent job for the people who live nearby. We’ll probably be here for a long time, just doing what we do. It’s a plain office, but it serves its purpose for everyone involved.
