Elegant Crememonies

You can find us on the first floor of the Dr. Ali Jan Shopping Complex on M A Road. We’ve been in this shop for a while, helping local people with their events and ceremonies. It’s a very busy part of town, so there’s always noise coming up from the street below. We handle the stuff people need for weddings or other gatherings, mostly just organizing the small details that people forget. My sister and I run the place together. It's not a huge space, just enough to show some fabric samples and sit down with folks. We spend a lot of time on the phone with decorators and florists. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when there are too many dates booked at once, but we manage somehow. The building is older, and the stairs are a bit steep for some. People come in looking for help with their big days, and we just listen to what they want and try to make it work. We don't use fancy digital planners or anything, just a big notebook where we write everything down by hand. It’s a lot of running around the city, picking up supplies and making sure things are where they should be at the right time. We don't even have a big sign outside, just the name on the door at number 30. It’s a lot of work but it feels good when a ceremony goes well and everyone is happy.
