We are located right in Sector 1 A of Hilalabad, over here in Qamarwari. Being in Srinagar, things can get a bit slow when the weather turns cold, but we stay open here at the branch. People from around Kashmir come in mostly to sort out their accounts or ask about different papers they need. It isn’t a very big place, just a regular office setup where we spend most of our day. Mostly, we just deal with the daily walk-ins and the regular bank stuff that happens in a local neighborhood. It can be noisy outside with the traffic moving through Qamarwari, but inside we just keep busy with the ledgers and the computers. It’s a simple routine, opening up the shutters and getting the desks ready for whatever the day brings. No fancy lounges or anything like that, just a workspace where we get the job done.
