Boss The Travel Guru

We are based in the Kohan Khan area of Dalgate in Srinagar. Dalgate is pretty much the heart of the city for anyone who is visiting, so there is always something happening right outside our front door. The name Boss The Travel Guru might sound a bit bold, but we are actually just a regular local team of people. We spend most of our time dealing with the small details of travel around Kashmir. Being located in Dalgate means we are right near the water, so we see the shikaras and the houseboats every single day. It is a very lively place to work. Our office is not very large at all, but it does what we need it to do. We have a lot of local knowledge because we have grown up on these very streets. We help visitors find their way to the gardens or up into the high mountains. It is a lot of coordination between the drivers and the guests. Sometimes things get delayed because the streets are narrow or there is a local festival going on, but we just deal with it as it comes. We do not use scripts when we talk to people on the phone or in person. We just tell them what we know from our own experience. If a road is closed, we tell them it is closed. We do not like to overcomplicate things for anyone. People come to us for a simple way to see the sights.
