Look for us right across from the Hinduja Leyland Finance office. Our spot is Door No. 48/6/33 in Srinagar, not far from the Ramatakies area. Because it’s a busy part of the city, there is always noise and movement outside. Developing properties is our main focus. We spend a lot of time finding the right spots and seeing what can be built there. Flashy presentations and sales pitches are not really our style. Usually, we are just talking to people or walking around potential sites. The office itself is a very simple place to work. A table and some chairs are all we really need to go over our plans. Blueprints end up everywhere, so it gets a little cluttered at times. Being part of this neighborhood for so long has been interesting. Srinagar has changed a lot, and we have been here to see it happen. New buildings always change the feel of a street, which is neat to watch. Our part in that process is just something we try to do well. A huge team of people isn't something we have. Since it is a small operation, we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day involves dealing with taxes and the next is spent in the mud. It keeps the job from getting boring, I suppose. Being near Ramatakies makes it easy to give people directions.
