Batool Tour & Travels

We’ve been here in Raj Bagh for a while now, just across from Smoke N Joes Pizza. If you know that spot, you know exactly where to find us. It’s a busy little area of Srinagar, and we spend most of our mornings getting things ready for whoever walks through the door. Batool Tour & Travels isn't a big fancy office with dozens of people. It’s mostly just us handling the usual stuff people need when they want to go somewhere else or visit Kashmir. We deal with car bookings, finding hotels that aren't too expensive, and trying to figure out the best routes for the season. Sometimes the internet is slow or the roads are blocked, but we just deal with it as it comes. People come in asking about flights or how to get to the higher reaches, and we tell them what we know. There’s no script here. We just sit at our desks, answer the phone, and try to make sure nobody gets stuck. It gets pretty noisy outside with the traffic, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve seen a lot of tourists and locals pass by. We just try to be helpful and get the paperwork right so there aren't any headaches later. It’s simple work, really. We like being in this part of Srinagar and seeing the same faces every day.
