You can find us at the Ansari Complex over in Sonwar. We are up on the first floor in Hall 1. Srinagar is where we do all our work. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices, but we’ve carved out our own space here for the food business. We aren't a huge operation. It’s mostly just a few of us handling the orders and making sure everything gets where it needs to go. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just some desks and a lot of paperwork. We’ve been in the Sonwar area for a while now. It’s a good location because it’s central. The traffic in Srinagar can be a real headache though. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we just have to wait. That’s life here. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the food we handle is decent and the customers aren't waiting too long. It’s a practical way to earn a living. We know our neighbors in the complex. Sometimes we share tea. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We don't bother with fancy advertising. Word of mouth is usually enough for us. We just focus on the daily tasks and keeping the records straight. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy throughout the year.
