Al-Hadi Tours And Travels

Our office, Al-Hadi Tours And Travels, is situated on the first floor of the ICICI Bank building on Residency Road. It's a pretty easy place to find if you're in the 190001 part of Srinagar. We share the building with the bank, so there’s always people coming and going. We’ve been working from this residency road location for a while. It’s not a very big space, just enough for our desks and a couple of chairs for visitors. We handle travel stuff, mostly just booking trips and helping people with their itineraries. We don't go in for fancy slogans or corporate talk. We just talk to people like neighbors. If someone asks for a recommendation, we tell them what we know from living here. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking our emails to make sure things are on track. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when it's the peak season, but we just keep at it. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. You can walk out and find food or shops right away. We are just regular people trying to run a travel office. We don't promise the world, we just do the work we're given and try to be honest about it. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for us and our customers.
