Al Labeeb Hospital

Al Labeeb Hospital is tucked inside the Gousiya Health Chamber. It’s not the biggest place, but we make do with the space we have. Most of the time, the hallways are full of people waiting their turn. It can get a bit loud when families bring their kids in, but that’s just life in a hospital. We don’t have a fancy reception desk with a computer that works all the time. Sometimes we still have to write things down in the big ledgers to keep track of everyone. The lighting is a bit bright in the main area, but we need it that way to see what we are doing. People come to us from all over the local area because they know where we are. We try to keep the floors mopped and the beds made, though it’s a constant battle when it’s busy. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or relatives who have been here before. The doctors here stay late more often than not. It's just what happens when you have a lot of patients and only so many hours in the day. We’re just here doing our bit, trying to make sure everyone who walks through the Gousiya Health Chamber doors gets seen and taken care of properly. It's a lot of work, but we stay busy.
