Al-Bar Constructions Private Limited

Al-Bar Constructions Private Limited has its main office on the first floor in Zum Zum Colony, which is in the Rambagh area of Srinagar. It is a pretty central location, which makes it easier for us to get around to different parts of the city. We have been at this address for a bit now, and the neighborhood is always lively with people and small shops. Our office is not very large, but it serves us well for the planning and paperwork side of the construction business. We are just a regular group of folks working in the building trade. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing or anything like that because we are usually too busy with the actual work. A typical day involves a lot of coordination between our site supervisors and the suppliers. Being on the first floor means we can see what is happening out on the street while we work on our project drawings or talk to clients. Srinagar can be a tough place to work during the winter months, so we have to plan our construction schedules very carefully around the seasons. We just try to do an honest job and keep our commitments to the people we work with. It is a practical life, and we are quite content with how we have set things up here in Zum Zum Colony.
