Adduha Constructions Private Limited

Our office is located over in Botsham Mohalla, right there at No. 24 on Chinar Lane. Being in Srinagar, we have to deal with the changing seasons, which definitely affects how we work at Adduha Constructions. When the snow comes, everything slows down, but we stay busy with the planning side of things. It’s a small place, not much more than a room with some chairs and a lot of blueprints. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. Chinar Lane is a nice spot, though it gets crowded during the day. We don't have a lot of employees, just a core group that knows how to handle the local landscape. Most of our days involve checking on sites or talking to suppliers in the city. Srinagar is a busy place and we try to stay out of the way while getting our jobs finished. There’s no big marketing team here. It’s usually just one of us answering the phone and trying to coordinate several things at once. We know the neighbors and they know us. Work can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but that is just how construction goes. We take things as they come and try not to get too worked up when things don't go exactly as planned. It’s just us, working hard in the heart of the city, trying to do right by the people who hire us.
