AASHIQ CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is a one-person company setup, handled by Shahjahan Khantangdaji. We operate under his care, and he manages all the construction work that comes our way. It’s a bit of a smaller operation compared to some of the big firms you see in the city, but that suits us just fine. Being an OPC means things stay pretty personal between the owner and the client. When there is a problem on a site, Shahjahan is usually the one who goes out to take a look and fix it himself. We don't have a big staff of office workers or a fancy showroom. Instead, we put our energy into the actual building part. We’ve been involved in various projects, mostly focusing on residential and small commercial builds in the local area. It is tough work, and sometimes the supplies take a while to get to us, but we make it work somehow. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just construction. You lay the bricks, you pour the concrete, and you make sure it is level. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know the local landscape pretty well. It's about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on doing a fair job for a fair price. It's just a local business trying to make its way in the industry.
